Please be informed that we value your privacy and we want you to feel comfortable when you use our services. Our Law Firm makes every effort to protect the personal data of our Clients against access by unauthorised people, processing in violation of the applicable provisions of the law as well as against change, loss, damage or destruction.

We would like to stress that respecting the privacy of each Client is our first priority. In view of the above, by the Resolution of the Management Board of 22 May 2018, our Law Firm adopted internal documentation, including the Policy for the Protection of Personal Data which defines the rules for the processing and protection of the Client's personal data. The Policy for the Protection of Personal Data in particular contains information about the types of personal data that are collected by our Law Firm, the way of processing such data as well as the rights of the Clients concerned. Our Law Firm provides access to the above-mentioned document for thorough inspection in our office at ul. Puławska No. 99. 

Our Clients’ personal data are processed by M. Mazurek i Partnerzy Radcowie Prawni sp. p. in compliance with the applicable law, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR).

Rights of the data subjects (the Client's rights)

In accordance with the applicable provisions of the law the data subjects have in particular the following rights:

• the right of access to the content of their personal data (right to obtain confirmation whether the controller processes the personal data and information on how and for what purpose they are processed);
   
• the right to rectify the data in a situation where the personal data processed by the controller are incorrect or incomplete; 
   
• the right to request that the controller remove the data (the right to request removing the personal data to the extent permitted by law), also known as the "right to be forgotten";
   
• the right to request that the controller limit the processing of the personal data;
   
• the right to transfer the data (the right to accept the personal data delivered by the controller and transfer them to another controller, where feasible);
   
• the right to object to the processing of personal data e.g. pursuant to the legitimate interest of the Controller or to the processing for direct marketing;
   
• the right to lodge a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority or to a competent supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union for the place of habitual residence or work of the data subject or the place of the alleged violation of the GDPR;
   
• the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of the personal data at any time (without affecting the compliance with the processing right which was exercised pursuant to the consent before the withdrawal), while regulating the effects of co-operation.
